Description

The Wind Spinner has a durable steel construction. It is machine cut and welded then powder coated black. The two encased ball bearings allow the Wind Spinner to spin with very little wind. The solid base and 2 ground pegs make this sign stable in all weather conditions. Overall height is 42”.
