Two-flute foam cutter is designed for cutting thick Gatorfoam/Ultraboard and High Density Polyurethane Foam with upward chip flow.

Foam METRIC HELIX ANGLE = 25°

With an effective chip removal system in place, cutting 1/2″-1-1/2″ thick material should have spindle speed set at 20,000 rpm and feed rate of 50 inches per minute.
