Description

This 1/8″ diameter Spiral O Upcut End Mill is designed to provide a smooth finish in hard plastics with upward chip removal, but is essential for cutting aluminum composite material (ACM) or Dibond where the aluminium tends to melt and stick onto the flute of multi-flute router bits, leaving a curled up edge.

With an effective chip removal system in place, cutting 3-6mm ACM should have spindle speed set at 22,000 rpm and feed rate of 35 inches per minute.
