This 1/8″ diameter Spiral O Upcut End Mill is designed to provide a smooth finish in hard plastics with upward chip removal. This will save time if the cut edges need to be polished or flamed.

With an effective chip removal system in place, cutting 3-6mm acrylic should have spindle speed set at 22,000-25,000 rpm and feed rate of 25-35 inches per minute.
