This 1″(25mm) thick milky white cast acrylic is specially designed for fabrication of solid LED acrylic letter with embedded LEDs . This material is a bit softer than normal acrylic, hence easier on router bit becoming dull. Maximum light illumination is achieved without noticeable hot spots.
