Description

The Cornermate cutting units are precision engineered to yield corner shapes that are flat, without distortion and burr free. They are made from durable material materials, and each unit is heat hardened for long service.

All of the Cornermate cutting units are manufactured in house by Accu Cutter. In addition, Accu Cutter now provides an in-house sharpening service for rapid turn around.

The recommended shear limits for the Cornermate units are:

Aluminum 0.040″; Flexible Plastic 0.125″ ; Engravers Brass 0.020″ ; Brass Plated Steel 0.015″

For thicker plastics the new Cornermate Plus is recommended. For heavier/thicker materials the new 080 Cornermate is recommended.
