Aluminum profile face extrusion/trim cap is 0.035″ thick and bends easily to fit around router-cut polycarbonate face once a V-groove is made on the surface. Using the micro-pinner to attach the trim cap to the 2mm thick face substrate, final adjustment on some bends can be made as you go and reduce overall production time.
