EZ Aluminum Coil 0.024″ thick with J-lip at both ends is designed for quick letter return forming and attachment to face acrylic without trim cap, saving time and trim cost. A similar approach could be used to fasten letter return to back panel.

With the J-lip return, the face and back panel could be router-cut in one pass to save labor and time. EZ Aluminum coil is available in white, black and red high-performance PVDF-coated face colors. The inside glossy mill finish helps to reflect light towards the letter face.
