Let-R-Edge Style Aluminum Coil 0.020″ thick with J-lip at both ends is designed for quick letter return forming and attachment to face acrylic without trim cap, saving time and trim cost. The PVC strip provides easy adhesion for acrylic or polycarbonate face, and the black foam strip at the bottom blocks off any light escaping from the back.

With this letter return, the face and back panel could be router-cut in one pass to save labour and time. Let-R-Edge Style Aluminum coil is available in widths of 3.54″ and 4.33″, painted colours black and white. The inside glossy white finish helps to reflect light towards the letter face.
