This 1/8″ diameter 2-flute Spiral O Upcut End Mill is designed to cut an variety of sign substrate such as foam pvc, mdo, mdf, acrylic, polycarbonate and polystyrene with upward chip removal. This should be the workhorse for your everyday routing jobs.

With an effective chip removal system in place, cutting 3-6mm thick substrate should have spindle speed set at 22,000 rpm and feed rate of 25-50 inches per minute, depending on hardness of the substrate.
